We’re thrilled to announce our newest venue—Bella Vista Winery at Cilurzo Vineyards, the very first vineyard in Temecula! We’re bringing a curated vendor market to this stunning winery, transforming the entire property into a beautiful shopping and sipping experience.

  •  Please be sure to read ALL the rules and requirements. In order to ensure public and vendor safety you will be held to these standards.  

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Location: Bella Vista Winery at Ciluzro Vineyard

    41220 Calle Contento, Temecula, CA 92592

  • Set-up 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM.

  • We will send you your arrival time a couple of days before the event along with vendor instructions.

  • Market Hours: Sunday 11am-6pm

  • EVENT FEE SCHEDULE: $65 each space



RULES, REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION:

  • All Spaces are 10 x 10; therefore, you will need to stay within those parameters, and you will provide your own Canopy and tables. 

    Your Canopy and products MUST be in your space and no later than 10:30 AM. ALL tents are required to have weights, NO Exceptions!

  • All pre-packaged food vendors MUST have a cottage/TFF permit from the county where you reside.  NO OTHER CERTIFICATES WILL BE ACCEPTED!  Please submit a current copy with your application.


** If you arrive after 10:30AM, it will be at our discretion to allow you entry or to assign you another space so PLEASE ARRIVE on time


PROHIBITED ITEMS:


No: Silly String, Smoke Bombs, Stink Bombs “Snappers”, Radios, Guns, Ammo.  Participants may not sell merchandise of adult nature, alcohol or drug paraphernalia.


 PLEASE NOTE:

To make it more profitable for all, we attempt to limit the quantity of like items to a reasonable number, but we cannot guarantee you will be the only vendor(s) of your craft or item type.


Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted, you will be contacted within 48-72 hours via email. No refunds for any reason whatsoever. If the event staff have to close the event due to inclement weather, your fee will be rolled over to the next scheduled event if you don't attend, there is no refund.


Advertising your business & products is a big part of your success. We want to let everyone know how amazing you are. Please tag us in at least 4 posts and give us permission to use your photos from your social media to advertise your space.

FINAL NOTE TO ALL VENDORS: 


You may pull up to the location to unload/load your items.

Vendor parking will be close to your set up location.

ALL vendors will maintain polite and courteous manners (including language) to all guests, other vendors and event staff. 


Vendors shall be appropriately dressed and conduct themselves with proper decorum. Failure to do so will result in your IMMEDIATE removal from the site with no refund! 


Please Remember, you must leave your space as you found it. Take ALL TRASH Including but not limited to supply boxes, bottles, containers etc., away with you. If you leave your garbage behind, it will be noted, and you will be barred from any future events.


Bella Vista Winery at Cilurzo Vineyard, Stacee Boisseranc of Where's The Event and Where's the Event Staff are not responsible for theft or damages to property belonging to persons participating at any of our events. All persons shall reimburse Where's The Event for any costs incurred relating to any damage caused by their activity. All participants shall keep their area clean during the activity and leave the space and surrounding area clean afterward. Booth display requirements within vendor’s area must include: All tables to be covered by table drapes NO selling out of storage boxes, Signs must be professional quality and no flashing, blinking or strobe lights may be used. Booth spaces shall not be assigned or sublet to others without prior approval of the Where's The Event. In receiving permission to participate at this event, the vendor here by releases, waves, discharges and covenants not to sue the host/ coordinator.

All booths must be aesthetically pleasing and inviting for their customers. This is a professional market—please no flags, banners, or any displays with political messaging or personal views regarding sensitive or controversial topics. Booths should highlight your business name and products only.  

Vendor Scheduling & Payment Policy

To keep our market running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please note:

When you request dates, those spaces are reserved and invoices are issued accordingly.

  • Invoices must be paid to secure your spot — unpaid invoices will not hold your space.

  • Lack of communication or last-minute cancellations makes it difficult to fill spots in time.

  • After three unpaid invoices or last-minute cancellations, you will be removed from the schedule for the rest of the season.
